At Creative Laser Craft Solutions, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed; we will notify you of any significant delays. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, with the following delivery options: 


  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days 
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days 
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours. 

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside [Your Country]. For specific international shipping requests, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Creative Laser Craft Solutions is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to your order. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. 

Damages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

How Do I Cancel An Order On Creativelasercraft.com?

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 1 hour of placing it by calling us or sending an email. We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, so timely cancellations are crucial. 

For Outright Cancellations by You: At Creative Laser Craft Solutions, we begin processing customized products immediately after the order is placed. If you wish to cancel, the possibility depends on whether the production has started. If it hasn't, you may have the chance to cancel or re-customize your order. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to inquire.

Cancellation Fees

If an order is successfully cancelled, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount paid. The remaining balance will be refunded to your account within 7-8 working days. 

Manufacturing Defects or Damage in Transit

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during transit, report it to us immediately on the same day of receipt. Products reported after a significant delay will not be eligible for replacement unless it is a genuine case. 

Refund Policy

After cancelling a product, the refund (minus a 10% cancellation fee) will be processed and transferred to your account within 4-5 working days.
